Orders or service requests may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the order is processed or the service has commenced.
Once an order has been shipped, delivered, or a service has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Custom-made, personalized, or project-based services are non-cancellable once work has begun.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
• Manufacturing defects in physical products.
• Failure to deliver the product or service as per agreed terms.
• Duplicate payment or incorrect charge due to technical or payment gateway errors.
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed (subject to verification).
Non-Refundable: Payment gateway charges, bank processing fees, taxes, and convenience fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund Timeframe: Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7–15 business days. The actual credit time depends on your bank or payment service provider.
Payment Gateway & Failed Transactions
In case of failed transactions where the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the refund will be processed automatically by the payment gateway within 2–7 working days.
If the amount is not credited within the stated timeframe, customers are advised to contact us with the transaction ID for assistance.
