Returns Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every product and service we offer. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the original delivery date only if a manufacturing defect is found. After 7 days, the buyer must send the product directly to the company service centre.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return within 7 days:

  • The item must have a manufacturing defect
  • The product must be unused and free from scratches
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • All accessories must be included

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Blackmagic products – customers must contact the Blackmagic service centre with original invoice
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item in its original packaging, and if no damage is caused by the buyer, a refund will be issued within 7 days for manufacturing defects.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The refund process may take 7 to 15 working days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

Manufacturing defective products will be replaced within 7 days of purchase or a full refund will be provided.

After 7 days, the customer must contact the company service centre directly with the original tax invoice.

6. Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
